Amazing Benefits of Drinking Water

Do you know what exactly is water doing for our body and how much water should we be drinking? Water is a very essential part of our body. It helps us to stay hydrated and balance our body system. It is the major component of most body part. It discharge toxics in our body through urine and sweating. According to nutritionist we should drink at least 8 ounces of water a day which is equal to 2 litres. Our body is around 60% of water. When I was still in junior high I was struggling to find cure to my acne prone skin. I know that one of the reason of having an acne is because of heredity. But I never know the cure of acne. I had tried to consult a dermatologist it works, but you have to spend money. So I stop consulting to doctor. I know that water is very essential part of our body. But I had never known before that water can also help to reduce acne. When I saw a video, about the benefits of water in our body if we drink an exact amount of water everyday. I was surprise that it has so much benefits, including lessening our acne. Then I tried to drink an exact amount of water everyday to see for myself if it really works. When I had started drinking 8 glasses of water everyday. It was a struggle for me in my first attempt. Because I just drink water after meal. But from time to time I got used to it. And my body is always seeking for water. I always have my 1.5 litres bottle of water in my bedroom so I can always remind myself to have some sip of water. I drink at least 1-2 litres of water everyday. And bring a tumbler in our school so I can drink water where ever I go. And after a month I notice the difference in my skin and the pimples in my face starting to lessen. And I have continue to drink 1-2 litres of water everyday. But I'd notice that it is not just reducing the acne in my face is the benefit of water. But also it helps me to be in a good mood. Water helps me to maintain the balance of my weight. And if I'm craving for food even if its not yet a meal time I just drink water to tricks my brain. And I don't feel hungry or craving for food anymore. And I felt that if I drink an exact amount of glasses of water everyday, it increases my happy pills. I don't feel exhausted and stress. And it moisturizes my skin. It also helps me to less consume sweets like candies and chocolates. I have also observed that I consume less junks foods. If I don't drink enough amount of water I feel tired and unwell. Intake of water helps my body to function well. But drinking too much water is not good for our body. I just drink enough amount of water as what nutritionist recommended. And also because of water I saved money because I don't always crave for foods. Now that I know the benefits of water and the importance of keeping hydrated I will continue to drink an exact amount of water everyday. I can say that water is my elixir in my life it really helps me. Water is a natural miracle ingredients that supports vitamin consumption. And I encourage everyone to drink 1-2 litres of water everyday. Because if it helps me, it can also help you. Instead of soft drinks why not drink water. Do not substitute cola, alcohol, coffee and tea as a water. While enjoying the good feels of water try also to eat fruits that is juicy and also vegetables, instead of junk foods that can ruin our physical health. Water really has a lot of benefit in our body. It saves us from dehydration. But make sure to drink pure and crystal clear water like mineral water. If you drink water from the faucet try to boil first before drinking it. You can also try purifier waters. Purify your water first to make sure that it is clean. Because not all water is pure and clean.
