Born Christian Demarcus Burrell, June 5th 1993. He grew up in the campground (a neighborhood in the city of Mobile, Al) He was given the nickname “Chris” by family members (an abbreviation of Christian). He always loved music and grew up listening to rappers such as: Lil Wayne, Lil Boosie and Lil Webbie. His older brothers and cousins were a rap group under the name “CampBoyz” and he looked up to them and they influenced him on being a rapper. He began playing around with music and making funny little freestyles and sharing them with friends. He then made it a hobby to make funny songs and uploaded them on social media. His songs began getting several likes and shares and that’s when he took it serious. As he got older, his older brother “Snap” (who has been a rapper himself since he was young), noticed he could actually rap and should take it seriously. The two then did a song which gained the attention of many artists in the industry. From that moment, TattedUp began taking music serious and has been getting several streams and song shares and has gained a major fan base and has many songs on all platforms. He even has his own podcast on all platforms called “TattedUp’s Funny Podcast” where he and friends talk about life and the people and things in it. He rapped under the name “Lil Chris” up until 2013 when he started getting a lot of tatoos. He then began to notice how tatted he was and then changed his name to “TattedUp” . His rap idol is “Lil Wayne”.
