Growth Mindset believes in possibility of everything that can be the outcome of hard work and perseverance. A mindset with yes I can attitude is growth mindset.

The season of rain and fun for some and the season of woes for some others. Monsoon is really a boon for farmers whereas for others it could be a trouble. In a place like Kathmandu and rural areas monsoon brings havoc. The road turnes into potholes and puddles, blocks drainage and turn street into a river of muddy water. People living in nearby rivers have to suffer from floods and residents on hilly areas often lose livestock, properties and lives in landslides. Global warming and climate change have surely caused the changes in patterns of weather. Not only humans, but also the environment is going through problems. Therefore it should be the concern of everyone. Young student from school to powerful person of the world has its own responsibility and we must work together to battle it. There was a time, when I enjoyed getting wet in rain but considering the hardships of people, monsoon is not in my favourite list. What is your favourite season? Please do comment if you care.

What is the real meaning of freedom? The real meaning of freedom might be best defined only by the person, who loves freedom in life. The definition of freedom may be different from a person to person. Freedom in family, freedom at workplace, freedom in school and freedom in country. I believe the meaning ofs freedom becomes meaningless if freedom is not respected in any place. Freedom should be celebrated not granted. At school, student cannot give cent percent effort without being given freedom. At workplace, freedom motivates the employee employing his/her best capacity.

The regulations on digital media and internet are nominal and questionable as well. To prove that the user is a human and not a robot, many websites use the images to be selected by the users as asked by them out of arrays of graphics. This is the good security measure in the submission of forms and files in web applications and web pages. However, the age restrictions on social media, adult websites and apps are easy to dupe by users of any age pretending of legally acceptable age. The minimum age required to use the social networking site, Facebook is 13, but there are millions of young kids who have lied their age to pretentiously be older to use the world's most famous social networking site. Young kids come across the violence, profanity, adult contents, fake news, superstitions and surrogate advertisements on the internet due to the irregulated online marketing and online business. This allures young children over their curiosity to try them or use them that in turn impacts in their life affecting study, social life, family, and health. Today's children are the leaders of future so that it is the responsibility and duty of we, adults to build the environment, where our kids can grow with right knowledge, skills, and ability to be competent in upcoming days.
