In the realm of manpower provision, a specific type of manpower service is available depending on your business requirements. You can choose from: temporary manpower services, part-time manpower services, full-time manpower services, and traditional manpower services. A. Part-time This type of manpower is often deployed during busy seasons, such as holidays. Most of the time, students and retired people with free time who want to make extra money without long-term commitments are the ones who take up this position. b. Temporary Temporary manpower is the ideal option for companies who are looking to cover vacationing or ill workers. Manpower deployed under this kind of setup is engaged only for a specific time. c. FULL TIME These are workers hired to work for companies full-time. Full-time manpower is the best choice for companies that need permanent staff but cannot afford to hire new employees, as well as small businesses that are just starting but want experienced workers around. d. Traditional Lastly, traditional manpower refers to the deployment of workers who meet the unique requirements of industries relying on skilled labor and technical expertise. There are two types of workers for deployment under the traditional manpower services setting: Blue Collar Blue collar workers are those who perform labor-intensive hands-on tasks in industries such as the construction, manufacturing, and logistics industries. These professionals possess the technical know-how and practical experience crucial for the successful execution of projects. Grey Collar On the other hand, grey collar workers are those with specialized skills and knowledge, that are, most of the time, associated with engineering, IT, and other technical fields. These individuals form part of the team that deals with technical support and managing complex systems and processes. If a man is to shed the light of the sun upon other men, he must first of all have it within himself. – Romain Rolland Because of a rare but serious illness, I had to stay home for nearly a year… In the half-dreaming, half-awake haze of my illness, I saw black and white architecture outlining a Chinese ink wash painting, rendered layer by layer. Loneliness and the fear of the future, at times hesitant, at times plaintive, but always restless inside of me, drove my mood into a deep trough. The days of recuperation in my hometown were more difficult to bear than the days in the hospital. Only my grandpa and his flute accompanied me throughout those miserable days. Every dawn, Grandpa sat near me, and the crisp sound of his flute woke me gradually from sleep like a silver bell. I rose slowly and pushed the wooden window open, letting the breeze of the wind gently stir his face. The leaves outside rustled in the wind, as if they were accompaniment for Grandpa's music. The golden line of the sun sprinkled through the morning fog, giving the cold body some warmth. Looking over, I saw that Grandpa's arms had opened like a soft, beautiful arc. His fingertips danced on the bamboo cylinder, and his lips nearly kissed the flute's opening. Instantly, the clear and robust notes sounded and filled every corner of the room. The melody expanded and collided with the surrounding eaves, rocks, flowers, and trees, reverberating and revealing its boldness. One day, I told Grandpa the confusion in my heart. “Shouldn't the music of the flute be melodious, soothing, and soft? Why can't I find the sweet tone in your music, instead of such a vigorous feeling?” Grandpa didn't answer. He just silently lifted the flute again, placed it on his lips. Breathed in, breathed out… The sun was already high. The sunlight pierced through the accumulated smog in the dawn like a sharp sword. I felt shrouded by a near holy light, from the deep soul of the inquiry. A gentle smile floated on the corner of Grandpa's mouth. He said quietly, “Beethoven once said that ‘music is the one incorporeal entrance into the higher world of knowledge which comprehends mankind but which mankind cannot comprehend.' Different people playing the flute will use it to give different interpretations of life.” Then Grandpa shrugged; although he was in his 70s, he showed that the vicissitudes left by the erosion of time couldn't stop the breath of life in him. He said to me, “Grandpa wants you to know, how can there be no hardships in one's life? Plain sailing is just a wish. We must carry our load honorably before fate's final curtain.” Then, I remembered stories told and read about my grandpa. Back in the days of the cultural revolution, when he was in his twenties, he endured, bore, and withstood pain. He had attended Tsinghua University. Then, because the area was invaded by Japan, three schools (Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Nankai University) moved to Yunnan and became a combined school called Xi'an Union University. When Grandpa arrived, there was absolutely nothing of use. The students started constructing and building the classrooms themselves. For food, they were self-sufficient, and ate the food they grew. After finishing school, he joined the army, fought in campaigns, and participated in reform movements. Wars, turmoil, upheavals, crusades, disasters, revolutions, reformations… He had completely undergone that era. He suffered from but weathered the misery, tribulation and distress. If he hadn't, there wouldn't be my father and me, nor the peaceful dwellings for my family and the work sufficient to sustain us. He experienced the unrest and left us with the most glorious homeland. And how did he stand the agony? Just by the way he reacted to life. He always had rays of sunlight inside himself, and was willing to shed the light on others. I felt in my soul a deep stirring toward life. Maybe I could be more optimistic about my life and my future. Maybe the sound of Grandpa's flute had opened my mind and my heart. I thought back to the story of Beethoven, one of my heroes. In 1827, as the storm and lightning accompanied each other, Beethoven, at death's door, raised his dry arms and waved to the sky as a final struggle. The moment his life ended, it had an ultimate meaning: he didn't just wait for the Reaper's scythe to fall; he showed that the battle goes on as long as the heart is beating. In that moment of my reverie, the image of Beethoven's arm hitting the keyboard of the piano suddenly coincided with the sound of Grandpa's flute, and I realized that if you go through enough oceans and seas, you will never be afraid of streams and rivers. Grandpa's flute inspired me to keep going. To cease to struggle means you cease to live. Even when occasionally challenged by fate, keep in mind that the rays of the morning sun can break through the darkness; remember to say to Fate, “So what?”
According to Joshua 6:20 Jericho fell. I didn't read anything about Israel needing to strike, and they had great faith. Jesus said: “If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you” (St. John 15:7). We need faith as we pray. Joshua 6:20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
Today has been a good day. Today I was able to practice some instruments and gain new insights on the piano and guitar. These have been new details that have helped my brain really enjoy picking up a musical instrument. I cant even believe some of the sounds that are coming out of the instruments I play! and I'm not even that good! haha its been fun and yea, I have a smile on my face. Hopefully I will be-able to upload a few videos soon.
Every time I wake up in the morning, a shivering nervous me, grabs the cellphone and quickly prays to God for no new missed calls again. But today was different. There was no missed call. Instead a Whatsapp message displaying 'All the best' was at the top of the notification. It was from an unknown number. It was send 4 minutes ago. Should I view the message now? Or will the unknown person check my 'last seen' and come to know about my activity? I decided to check the number in the truecaller app. It was someone named Raja. My heart ached. Is that same person who is trying to blackmail me? I felt my back sweat profusely which made the bedsheet totally wet. Oh crap! Without wasting any second, in an instant, I viewed the whatsapp message and zoomed in on to the profile picture. It was my friend. I felt like my back dried at an instant. What a relief! He had wished me for the job entrance exam that I had that day in the afternoon. I tried to focus on the man's words whom I talked over the phone the night before. I didn't care a bit or had any nervous breakdown for the job test. I was more worried if I would be stalked anymore. I was worried if I am forced to do some things which I shouldn't. Nevertheless, I tried to strengthen my inner me. I focused and remembered what the Cyber crime expert had told me- 'If that lunatic calls you from a thousand different numbers for forcefully loving him and getting physical, then without any second thought, do not cut or block his number. Just take up the call and threaten him with all your might. Nobody in this world can force someone to love someone, and getting physical is a far off thing, it's a crime. And if you cannot stand up to face such dirty mind freaks then in no way, you can ever grow up to be a brave woman. Face him, speak up and lash it out whatever is keeping you up from spitting it. Show him who you are.' Yes, and I did it. The night before when this friend of mine was chatting, I felt like there is a connection between us. I felt like love is blossoming. I knew he too had the same feelings as mine. My happy moment was abruptly disturbed by that monster again. It was from another new number. I was shaking unimaginably. But be it God's grace or maybe some super energetic charge that popped up in me, I took up the call and spoke with such enigma alongwith some unimaginable dirty words that hardly gave him any chance to speak. It was the moment when he was the rat and I was the lion, no actually, I was more of a dinosaur. Never have I ever spoke so badly in my life. I would kill him if I were ever to see him. The torturing sick guy vanished! Although I didn't get selected in that job test, yet I could pass the test of testing myself- my inner strength and my defense capability. I was weak at first. Weak because that person was a mutual friend of mine. I had trusted him blindly, believing that helping people specially friends, is a virtue. Yes it is. But, what I had misjudged was that people don't take it the same way. There are some who feel that if someone helps them or supports, then they might support them in their 'other' needs also. Nevertheless, always help the poor, the needy, the other creatures etc but be fearful when some sick mentality tries to take advantage of it.
Like all of you know, the world is currently being shaken by the coronavirus pandemic. Many people have to quarantine themselves in their houses so that the virus doesn't spread widely as the number of infected people continues to grow. Dreadful news is spread everywhere on the television or even on social media. Doctors and medical nurses also continue to cure patients even to the point where many of them become infected. Unfortunately, I understand a bit about what is going on these days because of my horrifying experience 9 years ago. When I was 6 years old, my life was suddenly at death's door. I was looking forward to the zoo trip in 4 days but suddenly, I became very ill. My parents brought me to the doctor and in his terrifying room, I was diagnosed with a very contagious and dangerous disease. Diphtheria. To be honest, I had no idea what was happening at that time because I didn't understand the conversation between the doctor and my parents. The funny thing is, I even thought that it was my mother or my father who was sick because it was the first time I saw my parents cry in front of me. I was rushed to the hospital because my doctor said that if I didn't get medicine right away, they had to bring me to surgery so I could breathe normally and had enough oxygen. The moment that made me understood that I was the sick person was when the nurse stuck IV fluids into my hand and I cried hysterically. I was barely breathing, I lost count how many times I vomit that day, and every inch of my body hurt. I was very scared, I didn't want to die but I thought that I would die that day. I was quarantined in a small isolation room, my mother and I stuck in the room for 14 days. I was so weak, I only slept, watched TV, or stared at the only window where I could see the other isolation rooms, with other fighters in it. After 3 days of being quarantined, I saw a boy who was a year older than me, and he was going into his isolation room. He was smiling at me. It turns out that we were fighting the same disease, and his room was 20 feet away from my room. Since we met that day, we got to know each other and continued to communicate using papers and markers. Even though we couldn't meet in person, we were very eager to talk to each other because we were very bored in the room. We write words of encouragement to strengthen one another, but also complaints about our condition at that time. But mostly, I was very happy that I was not going through this alone. Every day, there would be nurse or doctors came in wearing PPE clothes to check on me, or just to give me food. Some of them were friendly and some of them were not. But there was one nurse who I adored entirely. While the other nurses entered my room just to do their jobs and didn't care how I was feeling, this nurse was very patient, she would always say loving words to make me stronger, and she usually hugged me before she did her job. I felt the comfort and the calming sincerity which strengthen me to fight this disease and be a normal person again. I didn't know why that nurse wanted to be very kind to me, but the small thing that she did had a big impact on me. In fact, I will forever owe her and remember her in my heart. While I was still quarantined in the isolation room, my father and my brother would communicate with me using Face time, they would tell me stories and their activities every day, I missed them dearly. My classmate also sent me a few letters with their prayers written there. I was very grateful that even tough in my dreadful condition, there were many people who care about me, and didn't leave me. Until this day, I still hope that this dreadful experience didn't happen to me but whatever I do, I can't go back and change the past. But when I see it from the bright side, that dreadful experience made me realized how valuable the life I am living in, and also the life that could end anytime unexpectedly. I realized that I have to make the most of every moment for the rest of my life. I learn to respect and love others sincerely, like everyone that made me overcome my difficult times. This world will be very beautiful with tolerance and affection. Every day, I say ‘I love you' to my parents before going to bed. Maybe saying ‘'I love you' is a simple thing to do, but those 3 words contain a very deep meaning and can bring a big "impact" to others. Love gives the strength to transform pain into power. Love is the key that we need to get through anything, including this corona virus pandemic.
UNLEASHING A BlBLICAL PERSPECTIVE TO JUSTIFY WHY POVERTY CONTINUES TO DEVOUR AFRICA. Are we evolving if we are still unable to break the vicious cycle of poverty that is prevalent in our society and is afflicting many households because of the obsolete values we still attach to money? Money is a is a high-pitched, and hypothetical statement that has hit the most Christianised continent for time immemorial. itʼs an economically subversive tenet that has for countless years blindfolded the African race, it has disempowered, and incapacitated our cognitive ability to critically refocus on building systems that would spur an economic transformation of our society. Instead, our minds are programmed to think in a manner that maintains us at a status-quo in every aspect of our lives. When you trace the problems that have continued to overwhelm and marginalize our society, you will realize that they are deep rooted in biblical disorientation, and the belief that money is evil bound. This biblical teaching in its inexplicit design and ambiguous nature has been a source of confusion to many believers who cogitate that any attempt to pursue wealth would ensnare one into sin and affect their spiritual destiny. Because the docile congregants in various places of worship were made to think that having passion for wealth would not qualify them for eternal life. This is an inherent societal norm encased in traditional doctrines of our descendants(fore parents)who were subverted and conditioned by their perpetrators to assimilate all their teachings many years ago during the juvenile stages of the 19th century when they were enslaved and terrifically wailed under the tyranny of their sadistic masters and rulers. Since then, Africa has never enjoyed its own space because someoneʼs ideologies, and hidden agendas conquered our mindsets. We are still twisted together, and scaffolded into their powerful influence, and control systems; In this digitalized century, we ought to fashion our moral values, and reconfigure our minds to download ideas that will catalyze change, and improve our livelihood. We need to launch a moral-based campaign to renounce all the highlighted literature that has for several decades affected our moral values, and financial perspectives. We need to project newly refined thoughts capable of redirecting, and redefining the future of our continent. Africa needs money, Africa needs power, Africa needs technology, Africa needs autonomy to self-perpetuate; but money anchors the later, it architects this triad of. The resonating question that puzzles us now is how best could Africa build and boost its economic base ? (This question is open to each one of us, it doesnʼt only require the perceptual inputs of economic analysts or policy makers in the field of economy, but rather everyone is given a platform to share their insight). However, lʼm strongly convinced that many of us will agree with the idea that we can remedy the challenges and evolve our economy through gross investment. My emphasis is that if we donʼt have money we shanʼt get power, and without power we shall always be dehumanized, and our rights shall be infringed on in perpetuity by our oppressors; if we canʼt stand and control how we co-evolve with our society, this will always give ground to the influx, and penetration of the aliens who have mastered the chauvinistic skills of degrading humanity. It will create a platform to facilitate their oppressive, and ridiculous interventions in Africa. Ultimately, we shanʼt experience a blossom of our expectations to restore the status Africa deserves and of which it was naturally designed to assume. I stress that in the current *e-world*our enemies use a trifold of baits to oppress and impose their dominion over our spatial territory; they use money, power, and technology but money is on their top priority list to impose their control systems; Nothing is incorrigible, we can forthrightly correct what overshadowed our ancestors and denied them the opportunity to predict that such literature would climax by belittling, blackmailing, and oppressing our motherland. Letʼs use the resources we can currently harness, and invest in business; get out of your penniless comfort zone, get a small loan, and kickstart a business, seek expert knowledge on how to grow, create more network, boost your productivity, improve your livelihood, break the dependence systems that confine our society under oppression, and build the capacity of your community to self-perpetuate! When they ask you tell them; Robert Ssekolya was the name that African nature baptised me upon flashing out of my mother's womb. For more info; WhatsApp: +256705862902 (with business account).
