Our lives are profoundly impacted by the Latin word "COMMUNICATION" (meaning "to share"). We are separate from all other species of ecosystems because of this process of "Sender-Medium-Receiver;" through graphical or verbal communication. Does that really sum it up? Or are we just a speaking and hearing entity? That's absurd! EMOTIONS & THEIR ROLE Despite being invisible, emotions play a critical role in communication. Many people don't realize that communication is more than just their ability to exchange thoughts. Globally, people are more attached to a range of feelings that are a result of reactions instead of formal, non-responsive dialogue. Even the chat screen on your smartphone includes emoticons that can help you deepen your descriptions at that particular point, or, better yet, to involve your companion in your world of thoughts altogether. Communication ought to be strong when people are on the same page. This is attainable only with equal involvement. Just visualize a person saying “I won!" with an uptight expression. That's not very logical. For listeners to experience the winning feeling, the words "I WON" should be delivered with genuine enthusiasm. The listener must feel that our expressions are revealed vaguely. This pragmatic communication can occur only if we rivet our feelings. The indifference of not-just-being a speaking entity starts with us. EMPHASIS ON FEELINGS Sharing our true feelings is important for a healthy relation. Communication always comes with an aim. The speaker is well aware of the topic but sometimes, when the speaker isn't well pioneered to express their thoughts, a void stays between the speaker and the listener. This void might be unhealthy for any relation, may it be professional or personal. Efforts should not be made for conveying; they should be made for explaining. More communication leads to a better understanding of the tactics of communication. Gradually, we become familiar with various reactions of the listeners, we become amicable with the possibilities of the mindsets of the listeners. The only secret to avoid any confusion is to describe the complete idea in our mind with rationality. Verbalizing just to empty our hearts can't be fruitful without maintaining the decency to take the loved one throughout our mind journey. Our intentions, whether to make one listen or whether to make one understand, hold into account. OUTCOME & LISTENING There's a long string of thoughts when we convey our story; the replies, the reactions and the latter's emotions are taken into account too! This creates a path that doesn't involve only one topic, instead, we walk together discussing many other points of view different from the aim of communication. Aggressive reactions are expected but interestingly, people can have opinions we haven't even considered! A brimming glass of thoughts squeezed into juice can taste sweeter if everyone's on the same page and equally reactive, regardless of a heated communication. We the best communication comes an involved Listening. Each eye has its sight different from everyone, so is our thought process. People wander away in the forest of words amidst talking. To stay in line, listening is crucial since our time and energy deserves to be channelized into productive communication. This is not just limited to communication. This leads to greater discovery, the listener himself! His reaction defines his feelings and indirectly defines his vision and his mindset. Words, however bold they are, they are never a struggle. If everyone takes the whole discussion empathically, the day ends fine. Expressing with details, without fearing the reactions in return, would never create a negative environment. The more you are free, the more you grow! Let your voice reach their heart, not just ears. May you be heard without saying. Please feel free to write your point of view in comments below.

I want to get back into writing! In the past, I've wanted to blog, and I even started a blog with short stories on my website, but I gave up after a month. I think it would be really fun to blog. I always have wanted to share my thoughts and hoped others would enjoy my writing. But my confidence is low. I can't see people enjoying my writing and wanting to read more. Here's something that might be on my blog: ~Introducing my animals~ Who loves animals? I always had pets, and I always will! Right now, we have five: a tortoise, two cats, and two ferrets. Charlotte, the tortoise, is four years old! She's a Sulcata, so she will live to be around eighty. When we got her, she could fit in the palm of my hand. She was absolutely adorable! Now she is a foot long and not even close to being full size! She resembles Godzilla with that reptilian glare. Our ferrets are Baby and Little Guy. We had a third; his name was Man. He recently passed of old age. Did you know on average ferrets only live to be seven years old? Baby was just eight weeks old when we got him, and now he's a little over four years. He was a tiny little thing, but now has an enormous belly and a couple extra chins. Little Guy was four months old when we found him at a pet store all alone, and we couldn't help but take him home. To be completely honest, those aren't their original names. Baby was Milkshake, Man was Blizzard, and Little Guy was Maple Syrup. MooBear is our black cat we've had since he was a kitten. Don't worry, his name has a backstory and I will get to that. He over a year old and one of the best cats other than his obsession with eating plastic. His name should have been Toothless because he reminds us so much of him, but it was too late and we stuck with MooBear. See one day my husband and I were out on a hike while camping and we heard a rustle in the trees. We saw a large black mass moving and instantly thought it was a bear, but upon further inspection, it was a wild cow. From that day on, we called all black cows, MooBears. And for some reason, my husband wanted that to be our cat's name. Then there's Peaches, our orange, tailless cat. Her owners abandoned her, and we took her in. It was a month after having her we discovered why she got left behind. She turns into a psycho cat at night! When she is being crazy, we call her Pickles.
The Black and White Challenge also known as #Challengeaccepted began in Turkey to raise awareness against femicide there. It started after the brutal murder of a student by her ex-boyfriend. The Turkish women, frustrated by the unchecked femicide rate and seeing a picture of a victim almost daily. Through this movement, they tried to make a point that it could be them or their dear one next. When I read the posts of some supporters of this movement, I was not untouched by their anger and frustration. I had to pen down my thoughts and share Black and White Pictures What is to be said of cold cruel deaths How do you explain when all that remains is news in papers Black and white pictures of girls who weren't safe but still unafraid Who did things their way and dared disobey If you're a woman then it's a challenge #blackandwhitechallenge #humawrites #silkenscribblings
📰 I'll just start by saying that I'm not really a fan of the Mission Impossible (M.I.) films 📰 But this latest in the M.I. saga was pretty entertaining, despite the typical "spies chasing terrorists across the world thwarting their schemes, etc" scenario 📰 The stunt work was incredible and chilling at times; kudos to Tom Cruise for I heard he performed his own stunts (he's in excellent physical shape, I must say) and those jumping from roof-to-roof and/or out of planes and helicopter chases were awesome 📰 The fights were adequate and realistic enough to be believable and the story itself had a steady easy-to-follow pace; especially for those who aren't familiar with the M.I. films 📰 The cast was amazing with many known faces and yes, had the balance of diverse actors so I don't think anyone can complain there 📰 I'll be honest though; I only watched the film to support Henry Cavill but it turned out I liked the film more than I thought 📰 And it's a shame HC had to go splat to his death, but he pulled being the villain perfectly (even though I suspected his character from the beginning) 📰 I rate 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞: 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐭 an action packed 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and I guarantee you won't be disappointed! 📰
You have a story I want to tell. It could be 7 or it could be 20 stories. I am not putting any limitations on it. Take a chance with me as a skilled and educated professional writer and interviewer and as someone who has been there in one way or another. I blog about my mental illness of PTSD--its experience and treatments--and sometime ago about my Recurrent, Severe, Major Depression (yes, that is something you can look up in the psychologist's reference DSM-5 along with PTSD that doesn't quite fill my shoes because Complex PTSD, which I have, I don't think is yet included in the DSM, though it is established in scientific communities). Just the night before last, I had the most weighty of dreams in which I was back on that solitary, isolated, parent-regimed, and, most importantly, depressing, hopeless, infinite home experience. It seemed such a long dream and full of that old emotion memory that I awoke with the feeling heavy on me, lasting all day. I'm not sure I'm quite over it today, though I have been amazingly productive compared to yesterday when I couldn't care enough about anything to really put my heart into it. I'm not telling a lot of you anything unusual, because in one form or another you have been there--those old neural pathways I am working to overcome with EMDR therapy in counseling and with ketamine treatments and other psych meds with my psychiatrist, popping up here and there when you don't expect it. In On PTSD: A Personal Experience I took you down the rabbit hole of scary emotional first person incident and thought life. In others, such as Experiencing Complex PTSD I talk more distantly of symptoms and such. I could tell you more and I certainly would love to hear what you want to know about my life with these things. However, I want your voices to ring out from my pages. You have a voice. You own no shame. I want you to Say Something like I did in my 9-part series I am working on turning into a full length memoir. I want to hear and report your stories using the writing gift and education and platforms that God has given me. The whole point of my speaking up, whatever the form, about my experiences is so that you may feel free to speak up about yours. I propose this. If you are interested, named or unnamed, in sharing your story, via phone, email, or however you are most comfortable, so that I may use my skills to write a story with your prior-approval or, even, may decide not to share publicly at all, I want to hear from you. Please comment or email me at yhosborn@gmail.com with serious inquiries, by which I mean I am not interested in starting any romantic relationships, for instance. Try me out. You can trust me as a professional writer with interview experience that even stood the test of a journalist grad student and professional without change that I will do you justice. I want honesty, but I do not require any details you don't want to share. I share no details, including your name, if you want, that you don't want me to share. I can listen to a a lot and only share a little. You decide what questions of mine you answer. You decide. You get to Say Something if you want. You have a story to tell, and I want to tell it. More than that, many, many others need or want to hear it. You can believe me for all my years reading your posts, talking with you in groups or as individuals, and being in therapy. Serious, if hesitant, inquiries via Comments or my email yhosborn@gmail.com please. Caveat: I AM NOT A THERAPIST, SO I CANNOT COUNSEL YOU OR BE A REPLACEMENT FOR COUNSELING. Please seek professional help if you know what I am talking about but haven't talked to a psychiatric professional before. https://thehopechronicles.wordpress.com/2020/01/28/7-mental-illness-stories-wanted-and-admired/

A black inkwell spills on the clean cement Trails of words the bread crumbs mark Splattering across the delicate cracks Deeply soaked in the dark underground Never forgotten A long lost tale so simple and elegant morphology.
