However, I only registered the colors and shapes in my unconscious mind. Consciously, I just noticed that the night was beautiful and spent a few seconds marveling at it. Then, I noticed the silence. Next, I was too busy running around with a phone as a makeshift flashlight trying to find flowers, so I didn't notice anything abstract. That's when it strikes you. The sheer size of the map, the way the paper crinkles when you flick your wrist to straighten it—it makes you feel something. It's almost ethereal. The yellow paper is covered in lines going all which ways in varying colors; their direction indecipherable upon first glance.
