Jul 27, 2024 1 month agoEsmurzaeva Dilfuza My Experience of overcoming conflict. Life is not always perfect and smooth. Throughout their lives, all people face various problems and conflicts. Only those who can withstand and overcome these life's challenges can find their place in life, while those who try to overcome difficulties in an easy way will not achieve their goals easily. Like everyone else, even though I am only 16 years old, I have faced several problems, and I would like to share how I overcame them and my experiences. It was the last months of spring, and the selection process had begun for the summer camp on STEM subjects at the Camp for Talented Youth in Uzbekistan. I decided to test my knowledge and took the exam. Ten days later, the results started to come out. Out of 673 people, only 10 students were selected for the first season, and fortunately, I was one of those 10. I was so happy and called my dad to share the news. My dad explained that he was currently facing financial difficulties and couldn't afford to cover my expenses for the camp. At that moment, my eyes, which were shining with happiness, filled with tears. I cried a lot because I really wanted to go. But there was no other way. After a while, I pulled myself together and made a promise to myself: I vowed to achieve even higher results, to see this as a test, and to realize all my dreams and become successful. Then, I started applying to similar programs, and now I am a semi-finalist in the Climate Science Olympiad 2024. Only the final stage is left, and if I pass this stage, I will win $3000, which I plan to give to my parents. At that moment, I realized one thing: when God takes something away from people, He gives a thousand things in return. What I mean is that one should never stay down where they have fallen and should not rely on anyone for help, but rather trust in their own strength. In this dark life, given as a test, a person must strive to reach the light and must not look back, only forward, and must be ready to give up some things. However, it should always be remembered that no miracle happens by itself; everyone gets what they deserve according to their efforts. A person has the power to realize all their dreams, but they must bring out this power from within themselves and listen to the compass in their heart that shows the right path. These are just my small experiences in overcoming challenges.
